Since it started as a call to action and invitation for the church in 2009, the National Back to Church Sunday (BTCS) movement marks its fourteenth year and continues to gain momentum- more than 5 million Christ followers have participated through 30,000 churches! It is a day focused on uniting the church to equip and empower members to be inviters. Eight out of ten people say they are open to visiting church if invited—they are just waiting for an invitation, so please join us for “Back to Church Sunday, on Sept 17! Beulah will be joining this national movement of churches across America who are inviting their friends, neighbors, and families to reconnect with God and their church family.  Everyone is welcome to attend.

We think Back to Church Sunday is going to be an incredible day at Beulah Missionary! It will include a meaningful time of worship. Pastor Kelley Sewell will launch a new sermon series based on the Gospel of Mark called, “Son of God.” After service, your whole family will enjoy a tailgate party that will be a blast featuring grilled hamburgers, bounce houses, lawn games, and a few contests.

This year’s Back to Church Sunday campaign is designed around a celebration theme encouraging current church attenders to invite friends and neighbors to come experience the support, hope and friendship especially available at a local church as well as discovering the deeper, spiritual benefits that faith can provide. The staff and church leadership at Beulah Missionary love the Lord, and we desperately want our friends, neighbors, and family members to know our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ too. We want people to give the church another try or maybe come for the first time and we want to share with you why we believe that Jesus truly is the Son of God. We are praying that this event will be life changing and deeply spiritually fulfilling for everyone who attends- amen!

You don’t need to bring anything, but you are welcome to bring lawn games, a lawn chair, a soccer ball, frisbee, etc. The food is absolutely free for all guests.
